Refunds Policy
All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another start date if you are unable to attend the first. If full payment has been made,
the non-deposit part will be refunded if cancelled up to four weeks before the start date. If full payment has been made, but the course is cancelled
within four weeks of the start date, no refund will be made, however monies paid can be transferred to another start date.
Please note that in accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000, when a course is booked without face to face contact,
the future Trainee may cancel a Contract within seven days from the date the Deposit was paid. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by registered post
to our address.
Subject to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 'cooling off period' all monies paid at the point of application towards the course fees as deposits
outside of the aforementioned 'cooling off period' are non refundable but are transferable to another course start date.
