Our six day intensive Body Piercing Course is currently £600.00 (was £995.00) discounted initially to celebrate our 14 years of training people. We have decided to continue to offer the course at this price because of its popularity.

These six day courses are held at our base in Glastonbury, Somerset.

Course hours are 10am to 5pm with an hour off for lunch.

Day One begins to lay down a knowledge base and introduces equipment and theory.

Day Two continues where we left off from day one and adds our exclusive techniques, measurements and more including some practical.

Day Three is practical, applying the techniques you have learnt.

Day Four continues on the practical from day three

Day Five continues on the practical from day four.

Day Six finishes off the practical application with supplier recommendations including small business management and ends with your course assessment.

Your passing the course is by continuous practical assessment.

The Course Fee is £600.00.

The course fee can be paid in three installments as follows:

A Deposit of £200.00 to book your place.
An interim payment of £200.00 paid one month before the start date. The balance of £200.00 paid by cash on arrival.

If the start date is a month or sooner, the deposit and interim payment needs to be paid at the same time as the application.

The full course fee can be paid immediately if you so wish.

The course covers all above the waist piercing including surface.

The following curriculum contains most of the things that will be covered on the course but may not necessarily be in the order stated. Trainees will be given a ring binder for their own notes and handouts but need to bring along a writing pad, pens and pencils etc.

   1. Clinic Requirements to Environmental Health Standards

   2. Clinic and Equipment Hygiene and Sterilisation

   3. The professional use of all equipment

   4. The use of other medical materials

   5. General Safety at Work including Bloodborne Pathogens

   6. Body Piercing Placements eg Names and Positions

   7. Correct Measurements of placements

   8. Correct measurements of jewellery for each piercing

   9. Suitable Types and Grades of jewellery

 10. The suitability of metals for body jewellery

 11. Customer Care and Health Records

 12. Body Piercing Aftercare

 13. Minor Emergencies and how to deal with them

 14. Duty of Care towards clients, including fainting

 15. Possible problems. The advice to give eg allergies and rejections

 16. Observation of piercings performed on clients

 17. Assessment of practical ability

Trainees will have the use of all equipment in a 'live' studio environment during their stay with us.

The Diploma is a personal merit at the time of issue and will not apply to any other person. It does not apply to the studio/clinic where the person may be employed. It qualifies the person and NOT the premises.
